  Customer service is terribly unhelpful. They charged $750 from my ctedit card which I didn’t even receive and kept saying I need to wait for 27-29 business days to get my money back. Unbelievable.

  My boyfriend purchased a $1,200 suit and the active manager promised it would be tailored in 1 week. We came back a week later, the tailor had not even picked up the suit. The same manager promised it would be taken care of and ready the following week as we have a wedding to go to. I called 4 days prior and the manager assured me that the tailor this time DID pick up the suit and it would be ready ( in fact he gave me an attitude on the phone saying “I don’t know what else to tell you besides yes it will be ready”). When we went back, the manager had of course went on vacation and the suit was still sitting in their back room. I do want to call out that Logan, the assistant manager, (who hopefully and rightfully SHOULD become the new manager) was extremely respectful and wanted us to find the best possible solution given our situation. Logan had a great attitude and energy.

  Just had the most incredible retail experience of my life. Flew into Nashville, my luggage with my suit for an event tonight did not accompany me. Got outfitted head to foot in a beautiful suit in less than an hour. But it was the customer service that blew me away. Camden picked everything out perfectly. One of his colleagues gave me his own pocket square to complete the outfit and another actually drove me to a nearby tailor who could hem the pants in ten minutes!!! I’m blown away. Thank you gentlemen, this was a great experience.
