Not impressed with the customer service. There was a line of people at the gun counter with plenty of employees everywhere but the gun counter. Whoever is over scheduling and making sure areas are covered is failing. You lost an easy $800 sell. First time in this store. Last time in this store.

- JMJesse MinerNov 9, 20251.0Today marks the 4th visit in a row where I have been to this bass pro shop and stood at the gun counter wanting to look at a firearm for several minutes and been completely ignored. Not even so much as an acknowledgment of my presence. Today I knew exactly what I was there for, found it on my own, and waited. Three employees were behind the counter, one clearly focused on his cell phone, one engaged with another customer, and another just finishing up with a customer when I approached the counter. I understand that Bass Pro doesn’t care about losing one customer, or one thousand dollar sale, but they have absolutely done exactly that, and I personally will not be retiring to this location. I recommend finding a better place to purchase your firearms.
