  Had a great shopping experience. We were in the city for our daughter’s 21st birthday and stopped by hoping to redeem our faith in the brand after an unfortunate experience at our local store. We had the best time. Staff was helpful, friendly, and patient. We left with far more than we anticipated and will definitely return. Macey is great at explaining all things hats. It was well worth the overpriced downtown parking rates. This customer service should be trained at all locations.

  The the unprofessional young man who closed last night, January 5th, there was no reason to be rude. My husband and I checked the hours on the website as well as Google and it said the store would close at 9 pm. Unfortunately they had changed over to winter hours and they hadn't been updated yet. It was a bummer, but we weren't mad. I simply asked that you relay the discrepancy to your marketing team or corporate and you snapped retort of "that's not our problem" is likely not the type of customer service Ariat hopes to have represented by their staff.

  While I love Ariat boots, this store and their customer service is awful. I received brand new ariat boots as a gift. I had been out of the country and didn’t receive them until several months later. This is the closest ariat store to me and it’s nearly an hour away. Once I was able to, I took them back to exchange them for a 8W and tried to explain the situation. Still had the receipt but because it was outside of 90 days they refused to exchange the brand new boots that had never been worn for a wider size. They instead told me to go to Boot Barn to have the boots stretched. So I wouldn’t recommend this store at all. My mom spent nearly $200 of a pair of boots that sit in my closet and can’t be worn because they hurt my feet and make them go numb while wearing because they are simply too narrow. I feel like this store should just be replaced with a boot barn since they can’t even offer services in house.
