- AHAndy HooverJan 4, 20261.0I am from Knoxville and decided to stop by the mall to see a few stores. I walked into the mall and it looked like business as usual for everyone. People in and out of stores like normal. Saw the Lego store and got excited. Walked over and noticed the doors were shut. I thought maybe they were closed to keep the store warmer or cooler so I lightly tugged on both. A lady was stocking the store and I said "you guys are closed, right?" And she yelled back and said "the mall closes at 8!" I had no idea. It was 8:04. My mall doesn't close until 9pm so I didn't know. I'm not upset that they closed on time or that I didn't get to shop, I'm upset with the tone and look I was given as if I was stupid and demanding to come in. I absolutely will not visit this store the next time I come to Nashville or this mall. There is no reason to be hateful with someone, especially when they have politely asked a question.

I ended up coming back later to get the shuttle carrier set for the 4x Insiders points. I was super lucky to get Michael each time. They are super friendly and nice. Absolutely perfect.
- CJCee JayNov 8, 20251.0Gonna have to give a 1 for this store.. last month when the Halloween figures came out, they were like we don’t have that many so we built all three of them and we will sell them to you. As I go this month, all of that stuff is now stash in the bin where you can build your figure. Now it’s the rebuilt the three Christmas figures you can buy them. I thought it was build a figure like it always has been but you recently you’re trying to change the game I don’t want you to build my figure. I’m gonna have to start going to the other stores in the area Forget about this one for a while. I’m the consumer so let me consume. I don’t need you to do it for me.

You can visit our store to see if your missing piece is available to buy from Pick-A-Brick wall. Or, request a free replacement piece to be shipped straight to your door by visiting LEGO.com and navigating to 'Help' and then 'Replacement Parts'.
How much does it cost to visit at LEGO store?
All of our LEGO Stores are free to enter.
Can I buy individual bricks?
If you want to buy individual pieces to build something unique, check out our Pick-a-Brick wall! Each store has something different, and the bricks change all the time! We hope you’ll stop by soon to see what’s new!

While we don’t have an exact date for when sets will be available again, you can search for a set at LEGO.com and sign up for in-stock notification emails to be one of the first to know!

Can I return a LEGO set I ordered online to a LEGO Store?
If the total value of the unopened set is under $200, you can return your unopened LEGO set to any of our LEGO Brand Retail stores with your original shipping confirmation email or receipt dated within 90 days, and we'll give you a full refund in form of store credit or a gift card. If your unopened set is over $200, simply return your unopened LEGO set to the address listed on your packing slip.
