  The staff is always very friendly here, and they have great sales. Almost every time I come in here I find something that I can use to hike or fish (their PFG line is fantastic for anglers) and at a huge markdown from the normal sticker price. They also have a good shoe selection.

  I just seen the manager get short tempered with a customer when the sweet lady had asked for her assistance. When I watched the lady politely approach another co worker for help, he needed the managers approval to get a hoodie from the top shelf. She told the co worker that they were too busy to retrieve a ladder to help get the hoodie for the lady. The young male co worker was super sweet and apologetic for his managers behavior. I get that it’s the holidays and everyone’s stressed but she acted completely unprofessional and rude. The sweet lady remained polite but as a bystander who’s a manger of a restaurant, her behavior was completely unacceptable. It’s about tone in those stressful moments, but between her sharp aggressive tone, sarcastic energy, and rude responses, I would have let her go on the spot. I pray whatever she’s going through, she doesn’t bring that sort of energy home to her family as I witness her bring into her workplace.

  Super awsome store. They do great the ast. Manger lora is absolutely awsome had a great attitude , was happy, helped so much we bought another 100 in clothes. Cause she made our experience at the store tremendous.
