  We came to the Opry Mills Store needing help with a hunting license issue, and were assisted by Dawn. She was absolutely wonderful. She was patient and took extra time and effort to make sure everything was resolved for us. It’s rare to see that level of care and attention, and it made a lasting impression.

  Andrew from fishing, hunting and camping department provided exceptional service and assistance with an inquiry I had. I was requesting a specific trinket as a souvenir from out of state and he made all efforts to assist in finding the perfect one. He was kind enough to escort me to locations that may hold an item to my liking and also suggest some other products. He was extremely pleasant, professional, and patient. Regardless of my demand he was thorough and efficient wirh my search and time-crunch as I was flying out soon. Although my exact request was not obtained I was able to purchase other greatly suggested items. Andrew was beyond helpful. Andrew is an exceptional representative and is an amazing asset to the company. Andrew has my highest recommendations for product and customer service.

  We purchased a new Bass Tracker boat yesterday and had the best experience! The salesman Jim was very helpful in making sure we got the right one for our needs. He didnt try to push us to purchase one that was more than we needed. He actually helped me convince my boyfriend to get the one that was less money, yet perfect for our needs. The finance manager, Joe Earl was awesome! Very friendly and helpful! We couldn't get State Farm to add the boat to our policy over the phone (they will only add a boat in the physical local office- which is crazy!)....so Joe got Progressive on the phone and we had insurance within 30 mins! Great thinking because we wanted to take the boat home that day (2 1/2 hour drive home). Last of all the service department was amazing! Rick was the one who showed us the boat and how everything worked. He was very thorough and just a nice guy overall! Couldn't of asked for a better experience honestly! Bonus-- got a 500 dollar gift card AND $600 dollars off on boat for the March Sale :)

  This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at any store. Came in to find some camping gear and possibly some help on how to get started. My family and I was stopped by this man and was questioned as if we were thieves. I questioned if this was simply just a bad day experience for him or if it was racism. I felt disrespected and tried to shift the atmosphere and asked for helped on recommending things. Completely ignored. I wished the man a good day and walked off. On my way out, witnessed the man being completely racist towards a middle-eastern individual. discriminatory practices all over.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this store. I went in to buy while I was on the phone with my cousin, speaking in another language. When I tried to make the purchase, the employee refused to sell to me, saying he felt “uncomfortable.” I asked to speak with the manager, but she supported the same decision. When I asked if it was because I was speaking a different language, she said no, but also said they were uncomfortable because I was on the phone and they didn’t understand what I was saying. This made me feel singled out and treated unfairly. I’ve never experienced anything like this before. Customers should not be denied service for speaking another language or being on a phone call. Very disappointing experience.
