  I visited the shop a year back (Easter of 2025). After a very quick browse, I was approached by a shop helper which in a gentle way asked me out on my wishes and needs. I usually like to be left alone to have a broader look and then ask for help. But in this case I felt the correct shop vibes quickly. I was guided through some pair of boots before the correct one were 'glued' to my feet. To be guided through different models of anything ending up with something that feels right is a privilege. To find a pair of boots that just is right is rare! Thank you! ("apologizes" to the neighbor downstairs for wearing the boots in the living room instead of slippers ...)

  If you’re new to cowboy hats and boots, this is the place to go! I knew absolutely nothing and was a little embarrassed at first, but Macey and the staff here made me feel welcomed, were extremely knowledgeable, and I left feeling confident. I purchased a hat, boots, pants, and a button up. They were great quality and Macey even grabbed me new sizes when the first I selected didn’t fit. She shaped my hat and I couldn’t be happier with the way it fits. Thank you guys for an amazing experience!

  Had a great shopping experience. We were in the city for our daughter’s 21st birthday and stopped by hoping to redeem our faith in the brand after an unfortunate experience at our local store. We had the best time. Staff was helpful, friendly, and patient. We left with far more than we anticipated and will definitely return. Macey is great at explaining all things hats. It was well worth the overpriced downtown parking rates. This customer service should be trained at all locations.
