  Very cheap materials doesn’t worth the money at all to pay around $300 in a set and at the end it is the same as ones for 40 dollars

  I had to make a return and the sales associates couldnt have been more helpful. Taylor and Mary M went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. The product Id originally purchased did not work out, but Ill be back because of the customer service.

  I was told in order to exchange a pair of leggings that I got for a gift that I would either need the receipt or the email of the person who purchased it. I wasn’t trying to get a refund, just exchanging for a different size/color like you would do any other store. I assume that this is some sort of loss prevention issue, but they’re punishing the paying customer versus figuring out a way to target the dishonest people. This is a horrible policy and is enough reason to not shop here again. I sent a text my friend who bought me the leggings but of course she was busy and responded a couple hours later, but I don’t feel like driving another hour back to the location. The employees seem nice so I’ll give it two stars.

  I'm only giving one star because of the staff. They kept following me around and asking every few minutes if I had found what I wanted. I wanted to tell them "leave me alone." I felt a lot of pressure and couldn't even enjoy the moment of choosing something for myself. Never coming back again.

  Not sure why this store has any less than 5 stars. My girlfriend and I have spent a ton of money here and will keep going back because the customer service is 10/10. Ask for Jacobi when you go that’s who we work with and he’s great
