  I love this store and how they style everything! It was my first time in a Windsor and now I’m obsessed!! When I walked in I had no idea what to expect so I was kind of nervous it would be just another women’s clothing store in disarray that you have to search for a worker or pick through piles of random clothing (you know exactly which ones I’m talking about), but it was the complete opposite! I really like how they have basically like pre-made outfits already picked out on the mannequins that you can use for inspiration. Also when I need a formal dress for a special occasion, Windsor will be my first stop! *bonus points for selling perfume but not drowning the store in the scents too*

  If I could give this location zero stars I would. One of the most rude and hostile places I’ve ever been to. No friendliness at all. No offering help or support. They also don’t advise you about final sale on items not eligible for returns. Save your time and don’t check this location out. It’s clear and evident they don’t like what they do.

  As a mom, shopping with my daughter can sometimes (.most times) be stressful. She’s more developed than a lot of girls her age, and that can make finding clothes (and confidence) tricky . This visit changed everything. From the moment we walked in, the girls working there made her feel comfortable, hyped up, and completely at ease. Every single one of them played a part. Between honest opinions, real encouragement, and a lot of “you look AMAZING,” I watched my daughter’s confidence grow right in front of me. She went into the fitting room unsure and came out smiling, standing taller, and feeling proud of herself. That is priceless. It wasn’t just about finding clothes that fit; it was about finding a space where she felt seen and supported. We left with great outfits (and lots of accessories) and an even better attitude. I’m so grateful to this entire team for helping my daughter feel more confident than she has in a long time. We’ll absolutely be back.

  Do not come here when Kaira is working and especially if you come here with your boyfriend or husband. I went in for a shirt and went to go try it on, the whole time she kept staring at my husband and smiling and flirting. Check out wasn't any better. Eveytime she would talk she would smile and only talk to him. Gave me a dirty look as well. Never coming here again.
