- LGLiam Gallagher6 days ago1.0The store manager at this store, Alex, is not to be trusted. He will try and trick you into taking the wrong merchandise. He will then play dumb and act like you are the one who is wrong. Or that you are making something up. Do yourself a favor and buy the same products at Dick's or Belk. You won't have to deal with shenanigans from someone who obviously thinks deceit and dishonesty is how business should be conducted.

Every time they told me, “try it again and come back,” and when I finally did, they refused to return or exchange it and suddenly hid behind “policy.” The manager was extremely rude and unhelpful. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but this will be my last time shopping here. Terrible service—don’t waste your time or money

The staff is very well trained and knowledgeable about the styles and brands. This particular visit, I returned a pair of Maui Jim’s that my wife had bought me at another sunglass hut. The exchange was stress free and we ended up getting the Costas that fit my head perfectly! I look forward to working with the staff again in the future!
