I called the Murfreesboro store after that time and was told the driver had not been answering his phone for 2 hours. I was advised I would receive a call for an update by 8:00pm… never received the call. Once the order was delivered (on the porch) everything was melted, the pineapples were not fresh, and there was strawberry juice seeping on the bottom! The driver hid him/herself from the ring doorbell camera and drove off! This is very disappointing and unacceptable!! I would appreciate a full refund as soon as possible!

It turns out the second one was suppose to be a "pick-up" and wasn't for us. We called the phone number on it, and the lady said she went by the store (Saturday, before closing hours) and it was locked up. She lived over 40 miles from us, so delivering it to her wasn't practical. We suggested she call and get her money back, but this store is refusing to do that, saying someone picked it up. Yeah, THEIR DELIVERY PERSON PICKED IT UP AND DELIVERED IT TO US AND LEFT IT ON OUR PORCH (and we're not the intended recipients)!!! Just BAD BUSINESS ALL THE WAY AROUND!!!

I still have not gotten a return call even though I’ve left voicemails and asked corporate instead they send a partial refund… it was not even created but they kept tip and delivery fee?
