- RWR WMay 29, 20251.0Very poor customer service. The manager on duty was very rude. She had an attitude the whole time I was checking out, got mad because I asked for someone who was over her to override a sale. I was just in there yesterday on my lunch break and made a purchase, I came back with the receipt, with the tags still attached to the item, which had not even been worn yet, and all I wanted to do was see if they had a medium. The girl fussed at me saying she couldn’t exchange it because it was a bodysuit type outfit. I looked at the return policy and it is not stated that they only accept certain items back so I didn’t see what the issue was. If this is so, they need an updated return policy for customers to be aware of. They also need to hire more professional people for their customer service because the workers they have now are very unprofessional, rude, and definitely confrontational. This was at the Murfreesboro location off Martin Luther King Dr. I wish I would have got the managers name but I’m so glad the other lady on duty was able to help me out.
