- LMLaura MontezOct 6, 20251.0I went in on Friday 10/3 - however is the gentleman and female employees working you both are so rude. Literally the store was empty! I walked in with my teen daughter! No, hello, welcome, may I help you!! The store is in desperate need of new management. Now new styles / hire a diversity of employees / friendly / happy to assist. Shame on the two employees working and just chit-chatting vs helping a potential customer.

- CCcamJul 10, 20251.0This store not only is outdated but has terrible management. My sister and I came in the other day to pick up a dress ordered online. We were super excited to receive it after seeing it on another girl previously that day. Considering we don’t normally find anything appealing here nor worth the price, we were looking forward to this order. The online tracker said it was ready and told us we could pick it up in store that same day of purchase. When we walked in to get it, the coworker at the counter was rude. All the workers kept giving us attitude along with the manager being passive aggressive. They kept telling us to wait two more hours and we live out of town so we stayed around the area, even after the online site already told us it was ready. We came back to the store after two hours had passed and were roughly given the dress. Now, this dress was NOT the style we ordered which wasn’t a big deal because they had the same dress in the same style we ordered with her size in store (which is why we were confused why we had to “wait” so long to get it, considering it was hanging on a rack in the back). After notifying the coworker she just shrugged her shoulder, not caring that she messed up. Then a manager came over and abruptly grabbed the dress out of my hand saying sorry passively without any sense of ownership. This was extremely upsetting and unprofessional especially because this could’ve been a easy fix from the beginning!!!
