  I had the worst experience tonight at the Aerie in the Avenue in Murfreesboro TN. An associate by the name of Ella was extremely rude to us. I came to pick my order up and it was at closing. I do understand that they too have families and want to go home and that the store has operating hours just like any business. However, instead of her being kind about the matter, she was incredibly rude and said to me “I can’t give you your order but o can cancel it for you!” I wouldnt think a company would rather lose money than just checking the customer out. I’m sure it takes the same amount of clicks at the register. The doors were unlocked to the store and what few associates that were there were just standing around chatting so how was I to know?? Ella did in fact cancel my order. I contacted customer service and they are escalating this matter but I wanted to leave this review because other need to be warned about the service provided at this location.

  Can the store manager please tell her employees to cover up , your still beautiful not selling the world your body. I would not take my children in to this store.I have literally seen their butt cheeks hanging out of their bottoms.its quite disturbing the way the employees are allowed to dress!!

  ZERO customer service. These girls (employees) zoom around thinking they are hot stuff. Went past us multiple times-- not a smile, not a "can I help you with anything?" Had things in my hand, but put them all back down and left.

  I feel like the store associates have slowly gone downhill over time. I used to work for American Eagle & Aerie at this location and it's disappointing that I no longer want to visit this store and would prefer to drive to Nashville to get my Aerie items. The store associates are dry and spend more time chatting with each other than checking on customers. They cherry pick who they greet and want to talk to and ignore others. While being there it definitely seems to be that if you a skinny, white, and/or blond you get better interactions than if you aren't. I was trained to never fold bras and yet the last several times I have gone in to buy a bra, the girl checking me out folded the bras into each other and shoved them into a tiny bag.

  I ordered the 6 for $30 undies online but was emailed that one pair wasn't available and was left out of my order. I tried explaining this to the super rude staff. They kept arguing with me (I guess they don't know how to do basic math) and charged me for a seventh pair even though I'd already been charged for the full order and they owed me the missing underwear. I ended up calling the customer service line and received a refund with no issue. I hope the staff here work on their social and basic math skills!
