I was waiting in line and I knew it was gonna be a hard return because she was already so rude to the woman in front of me. I got up there with the curtain rod and the slip that said return slip on it. She looked right at me and said nope this isn’t it. You need to order number. I tried to find the order number in my email. Could not find it. And I said to her, this is return slip it matches a curtain rod three times. She finally looked it up, which took her maybe all of three minutes. Return the item to my credit card. So why she did all that I don’t know but bad experience And with all the complaints, I realized that they just hire whatever they can and they don’t care about the quality of customer service anymore at JCPenney.
