- KSKindra Stiles6 days ago5.0I don’t typically write reviews, but I went in today to exchange a pair of pants I ordered online, and Raven greeted me at the door. The pants I ordered AND the pants I wanted to exchange for were not in stock in store, but Raven was able to order them for me. The price was higher in store which I was willing to pay, but she looked up the price online and matched that for me, unprompted. It’s not very often you are greeted with customer service that goes above and beyond expectations, so I wanted to make sure she got her credit!! Thank you Raven!
