One time I met the nicest lady that worked at the Estée Lauder counter but I haven’t seen her again. Nobody is available to help. Today I stood at the counter a sales woman seen me and walked away. On my way out I saw her eating a beef stick not wanting to be bothered with customers

Store was a mess and check out line was long. Someone working one of 3 registers stated to people in line that we could get checked out in jewelry. I asked where it was and made sure we could be assisted in jewelry and she stated, " if they aren't helping anyone else." Why even say we can be helped elsewhere? The people in jewelry were helpful, but I had to ask to be assisted. I got a great deal on some boots, but I will shop online next time.
