The customer service here is impeccable! Shoutout to Felicia for helping us today while we were in the store. My daughter has been shopping for a while for some AE jeans that she liked - without luck. We were able to find them in store today AND got them for a heck of a deal! I really loved the customer service this store has. While trying on the pants, Felicia was kind enough to check on us and see if she could help us grab another size that we might want. YES! Love that!! It really does help the shopping experience and makes it so much more enjoyable. My daughter is now a AE lover (just like me).. WE WILL BE BACK!!!

I have always loved this store. In fact, I preferred coming here. However, I was in this store on Sunday and found this jacket my boyfriend had been wanting for Christmas. This particular item was sold out online in fact, said it was not sold in the US anymore (in such high demand I guess.) I didn’t have enough money for it at the time and went up to the cashier to ask if they happen to hold items. She was so friendly and kind. She joked around with me and told me that she puts stuff on hold all the time, handed me a ticket to put the date I would be picking it up, and continued to make conversation with me. My boyfriend ended up buying a pair of jeans that day anyways. Today, I go to the store and the guy working there (I’m assuming in some type of management role) asked me what I needed. I told him I put an item on hold Sunday. He snapped back at me and told me that they only hold things 24 hours. Basically was trying to call me a liar saying that THEY were the only ones to fill out the papers to hold items and there was no way that I filled that out. I’m not sure why I would lie about that? I wasn’t upset about the item (that they had put back on the self and already sold out of). I was upset because I do not like being talked down to considering all I wanted to do was by a jacket? As a manger of a Starbucks store myself, I understand working in retail and customer service. There are ways to interact with customers and ways not to. Very unprofessional and rude for no reason.

Love the quality of the jeans, they last for multiple years even when wearing to work construction. Would recommend for anyone
