I won’t wish any ill will on the store but I do know that type of fixed mindset doesn’t allow for longevity of a business! As the others have stated- we will just drive elsewhere! God bless

We purchased a pack of Under Armour Socks - the sticker on the package $20. However, the sticker - Every Day Low Price - $22. When I asked the cashier WHY it was ringing up the wrong price, she indicated that she didn't know why many of their store items have incorrect "sales price stickers" I would have to pay the $22!! She saw I had a coupon and forced me to use it on the socks instead of the cleats I was purchasing that day! SO we did two separate transactions. When she rang up the cleats - NO COUPON would work it - since, it was used on THE SOCKS!! Requested the manager and he snickered and said there wasn't anything he could do!! I just had to pay for them. Following my purchase I contacted CORPORATE - I have yet to hear back from them - Today is 08/09. This purchase was on 5/29! I will be very very careful shopping in this store watching the prices, stickers and coupons. I wonder who monitors the Google Reviews OTHER than, the local shoppers! Just go to ROSS two doors over and get a better deal and service! Attached is the PACKAGE from the SOCKS! Where is the trained management? Where is the customer service?
