  Sold me scratched sunglasses and refused to refund. The manager saw the damage and still denied any responsibility. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend.

  I feel misled by this store. I was sold sunglasses with scratches on the lenses, and the staff inspected them before the purchase. When I came back, the manager acknowledged the issue but refused to resolve it. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. Be careful when buying here.

  Extremely disappointing experience. I purchased sunglasses from this store that already had visible scratches on the lenses. The employee even inspected them before selling, so this was clearly known. When I returned shortly after, the manager carefully examined and cleaned the lenses, clearly seeing the damage, but still refused to issue a refund. Selling defective products and then refusing to take responsibility is unacceptable. I will be disputing this charge with my bank. I would not recommend this place.

  Be careful buying from this place. I was sold scratched sunglasses that were not in new condition. The staff checked them before the purchase, so this was not an accident. When I came back, the manager acknowledged the scratches but still refused to refund or exchange. This is extremely unprofessional and feels dishonest. I will be reporting this and disputing the charge. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

  I purchased sunglasses from this store that already had scratches on the lenses. The employee who sold them to me inspected them before purchase and still sold them in defective condition. When I returned, the manager refused a refund despite clearly visible damage. Very disappointing experience
