  Every time I come in I am impressed with the level of service and professionalism in this boutique. Jordan Camden, Mark Suarez and Holly Wright have all helped me and all were the best in the business. Would recommend Sissy’s to anyone looking for their next timepiece!

  Sean was attentive, polite, helpful, and truly professional. He went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for at Sissy’s Log Cabin Jewelry Store. He took the time to explain every detail with care and even found an associate that sized my watch perfectly. Sean was also incredibly knowledgeable and patient, which made the whole visit enjoyable and stress-free. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for quality jewelry and excellent service!

  I rarely, if ever, write online reviews, but I'm making an exception for Sissy's Log Cabin. Sissy's has the best selection of Swiss luxury watches in the Greater Memphis area, and it's not even close. This includes Rolex, Tudor, Omega, and Cartier, among others, and Sissy's is the only authorized retailer of these brands for hundreds of miles. They also maintain a very nice selection of Rolex Certified Pre-Owned watches, and it almost goes without saying that they have some of the finest diamond rings and necklaces you will find anywhere. I have visited or done business with nearly every jeweler in Memphis over many years. Some of these businesses also offer fine jewelry and, to a lesser extent, luxury watches. For me, though, what truly sets Sissy's apart is the people. Store manager Wyatt J. has done an excellent job cultivating a warm, welcoming, and low pressure environment, and one of the ways he has accomplished this is by finding the best people. Sean P. and Mark S. are two in particular. Working with them both has been a joy, and they are one of the main reasons why I return to the store again and again. In short, Sissy's is, yes, a gem. If nothing else, go for a visit and have a look around -- and have a free drink or two while you're there.

  Kelsey and Steve are both uber talented, honest and fun to work with. They helped me select a design for two necklaces as surprise gifts from my recently deceased mom utilizing her diamonds. They remained focused on what would showcase the diamonds best, as well as be enjoyed by the recipients. They never pushed me to options for the sake of a larger sale. I’ll be back!
