- NNNellieOct 11, 20251.0DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT *DONT* WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY IN THIS STORE. THEY WILL NOT GIVE A RETURN, EVEN AFTER BEING TOLD I COULD RETURN THE ITEM. The rude woman working there acted like I was annoying her trying to return an item. So very rude. When I explained to her, I was told two different times that I could return the dress while I was checking out she acted like I Was lying to her about being told this information. Why would I drive 35 miles to return address that I was told I could not return? I live in a different state. I wouldn’t lie about being told they wouldn’t return when I asked two different times. On top of it all their dresses are extremely cheap poorly made, and the store is dirty. Gross. I do not recommend anyone shop here. There are way too many formal dress stores with decent prices to waste your time in a place That treats you like garbage and could care less if you Spend money with them or not.

She exceeded all expectations, I thought customer service was dead but she reminded me that there are still good people in the world. Her advisement was beyond probably the stores training, I think she really has a talent for fashion. If you ever need help finding an outfit ask for Ms.McKayla she’ll get you right.
