  There was an employee that was quite bossy and rude to my friend and I, we didn’t know that only 6 clothes are allowed in the dressing room, and I miscounted at one point cause my friend had 4 and I had 7 so I put the others outside the door where she told me to put them, but she got irritated with me when I accidentally took 3 shirts instead of 2 cause again, I miss counted and it was one mistake I made and I don’t appreciate it.

  So glad I decided to do a review because what are these reviews? Product's state they cannot be returned, so read. Employees are absolutely amazing every single time I come in with my daughter. Never had an issue, but also I know how to be kind to retail workers so.. anyway, This place has the cutest clothes. I love bringing my daughter here for dresses for school events. The selection is great and you are not going to spend a fortune.

  Yesterday I had a bad experience shopping. There was an employee slamming fitting room doors talking to herself and I asked an employee is everything okay I have never experienced that before and the employee told me her name was Kayley I will no longer be shopping there if I can’t even ask an employee for help never again.

  DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT *DONT* WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY IN THIS STORE. THEY WILL NOT GIVE A RETURN, EVEN AFTER BEING TOLD I COULD RETURN THE ITEM. The rude woman working there acted like I was annoying her trying to return an item. So very rude. When I explained to her, I was told two different times that I could return the dress while I was checking out she acted like I Was lying to her about being told this information. Why would I drive 35 miles to return address that I was told I could not return? I live in a different state. I wouldn’t lie about being told they wouldn’t return when I asked two different times. On top of it all their dresses are extremely cheap poorly made, and the store is dirty. Gross. I do not recommend anyone shop here. There are way too many formal dress stores with decent prices to waste your time in a place That treats you like garbage and could care less if you Spend money with them or not.

  I needed an outfit for a party and baby Ms.McKayla gave me five star treatment from beginning until I walked out the store. She exceeded all expectations, I thought customer service was dead but she reminded me that there are still good people in the world. Her advisement was beyond probably the stores training, I think she really has a talent for fashion. If you ever need help finding an outfit ask for Ms.McKayla she’ll get you right.
