  Holly is amazing in every way. She takes her time. She personable, professional, and knowledgeable. Patience is crucial when managing clients on important purchases, and she does it with grace. Exceptional service. Wyatt and Sean are also phenomenal!!!!

  I went into Sissy’s Log Cabin last November with my then girlfriend and had no idea that I was walking into one of the best experiences I would have with customer service. When you think of serving people, they truly do it with excellence. We had been to every other jewelry store you could think, and this was the only one my fiancé and I felt good about after our first encounter. I also met the most kind-hearted people, Carrie Echols and Steve Glazer. They did an amazing job with listening to our request, helping us think through the rings we liked or didn’t like, and ultimately creating an experience for us we would never forget. From security at the door to the managers walking the floor, everyone there was warm and inviting. I was even able to shake Chris Hungerford’s hand, the in-house Master Jeweler that set the ring for us that day. We will definitely be back for our wedding bands, and hopefully can stay with Carrie and Steve for any other jewelry we want. Thank you Sissy’s Log Cabin for the exceptional service.

  I can't say enough good things about Sissy's and the service we received from Steve Glazer. We stopped in frequently just to browse and chat about watches. Steve was always attentive, friendly, and remembered us and our preferences. When it came time to inquire about and purchase my dream watch, Steve called me as soon as one came in, and he made the process as smooth and enjoyable as can be. We will be repeat customers and will trust Sissy's with our business and will recommend them to others!

  I can’t say enough good things about Sissy’s Log Cabin — from the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the experience. The showroom is absolutely stunning, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home while surrounded by incredible pieces. Their watch selection is top-tier, easily one of the best I’ve seen anywhere in the region. Sean deserves a huge shoutout for going above and beyond to help me find the perfect watch for my next purchase. He took his time walking me through different models, explaining the details, and never once made the process feel rushed. His professionalism, product knowledge, and genuine enthusiasm made the experience exceptional — he clearly takes pride in what he does. Meanwhile, Marrisa was fantastic assisting my girlfriend with women’s jewelry. She was so patient and attentive, showing her a piece that fit her taste perfectly. The two of them made us feel like valued guests rather than just customers. Overall, it was an amazing visit from start to finish. If you’re shopping for a timepiece or jewelry, ask for Sean and Marrisa at Sissy’s Log Cabin — they’ll take outstanding care of you.   The Best Rolex experience you well find anywhere in the Country. That says a lot. But I won’t limit the great service just to Rolexs. You will get great service, period!!! Marisa, my service adviser, is absolutely awesome. She says what she can do and does it. She also makes recommendations that I wouldn’t normally consider. And she’s been spot on each time. Can’t recommend Sissy’s in general and Marisa in particular enough.
