I provided the wrong hospital information - completely my mistake - but the team at Pugh's went absolutely above and beyond to make sure my mom still received her flowers. They stayed in contact with me throughout the process, and when they realized the mix-up, their delivery person actually took the flowers home with him and drove across town later that night to deliver them to the correct hospital. This level of customer service is extraordinary, especially when the error was entirely on my end. During a stressful time when I couldn't be there with my mom, Pugh's Flowers made sure she knew she was loved and thought of. They didn't just deliver flowers - they delivered peace of mind and showed genuine care for their customers.
