I was dealing with a very challenging situation, but Sandra K, the store manager, and Sandra K, the assistant manager in the jewelry department, went above and beyond the call of duty to help me. Their patience, kindness, and dedication truly made all the difference. I’m so grateful for their outstanding service and compassion! They work collaboratively to get the job done!

When I questioned it, the employee rudely told me it was placed incorrectly. I went back and verified the display and showed a photo, but the employee responded sarcastically, asking if I could read the fine print. I asked to speak to a manager and received a smart remark from employee #0607, and the manager never came to address the issue. I only completed the purchase because I needed the item for a wedding. If I had more time, I would have left and shopped elsewhere. I will not be returning to this store.
