  Had a lovely experience. Happened to be passing by and decided to go into the store. Staff was very pleasant, Chase did an amazing job of making me feel welcome and helping with all my questions. Good selection at great prices. I also happened to be lucky and find tons of stuff in my size in the 70% off aisle. For about. $100 I walked away with about 9 items! Definitely coming back here!

  When I went to wear a pair of tights I purchased at the J.Crew Outlet, I discovered they had a tear—even though they were still in the original packaging. I returned to the store to exchange them, but because I no longer had the receipt, the employee, Izzy, refused to allow an exchange, citing store policy. I ended up leaving both the defective tights and the additional items I planned to purchase on the counter. After driving 20 minutes back home, I cancelled the J.Crew credit card I’ve held for 30 years. All of this over a simple pair of defective tights. J.Crew has officially lost a customer for life. Horrible customer service.

  If buying a gift for your wife beware: bought a jacket for my wife for Christmas. She couldnt fit it. I couldn’t find the receipt for a while. Tried to return it in February. They wanted to give me a store credit for the clearance price - $60 for a $100 jacket is robbery. Taking my business elsewhere in the future.

  What a surprise to find this shop! I love jcrew but not its prices. I found fantastic chino shirts in lots of colors for a steal, and also several shirts off the clearance rack. Staff were friendly and helpful.
