  My daughter had an arrangement delivered for my birthday and told me that she had ordered balloons, flowers in addition and that there were supposed to be chocolate covered pineapple along with the strawberries… (none of which I received) they told her she couldn’t get a refund… Im seeing this is an ongoing theme along with bad customer service…I hope in the future they get the business outcome they deserve

  ZERO STARS should be an option for the lack of empathy and customer service their employees display! Just full of ignorance in their response. Several attempts to contact them regarding two delivery orders on 2/14 and even a voicemail with no success. Called on 2/15 to address non delivery and the girl that answered the phone had ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. Notating the ticket they attempted to contact me due to no driver but that was not true. Refused to refund my tips and then when I asked for a manager the girl got argumentative as if she should be the frustrated one in this situation. Will never purchase again!

  Ruined Valentine’s Day for my wife. I ordered and set my pick up time for 8:00am. Got there at 8:15 and was told my order hadn’t been started and no idea when it would be, ( never mind they had started someone else’s order right before me ). It would have ended up being two round trips at 50 miles each. All because they didn’t start working early to make sure scheduled orders could be picked up on time. I will NEVER go back to that location and will steer as many people away from them as I can.

  Update: I was contacted by the store and they gave me a sincere apology and refunded my money. They did not ask me to change my review or my rating but I feel they deserve the benefit of the doubt so I’m upgrading their rating. Terrible experience. I do not recommend. Placed an order on the 6th for delivery on the 13th. Never received any communication other than the store received the order. Sent multiple messages and called the location 5 times until I was able to speak to a live person who told me that I would receive the order as planned that evening before 9pm. I never received it. I’ve called more than 20 times this morning and been placed on hold twice for over 15 minutes each time and now goes straight to voicemail. I finally gave up and requested a refund via the website. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company.

  I ordered an arrangement on February 10th to be delivered the 13th and it was not delivered. I've tried contacting them through my order, the tracking system and by phone and haven't gotten Any response. I'm going to go all the way to union ave to retrieve my order and demand my refund. It's one thing to be late but to totally ignore and you have my money is another issue. Hope yall make this right.
