- JAjoyanna adamsJan 22, 20261.0If I could leave zero stars, I would. My husband and I came in to purchase gear for the upcoming snowstorm so he could work comfortably. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. When we entered the store, we were not greeted. Employees watched us while my husband tried on bibs, and when we asked if there were other options available, we were told no. However, when we went to check out, we noticed additional bibs displayed on the wall, which was frustrating. The checkout experience was just as uncomfortable. The associate did not speak to us, provide a total, or offer any kind of closing courtesy such as “thank you” or “have a nice day.” The entire interaction felt cold and unwelcoming. I have never been treated this way at any establishment, and we were genuinely excited to have a Carhartt store so close to home. This visit was extremely disappointing.
