    I had an amazing experience with Edible Arrangements! The owner personally delivered my fruit cups, and the service was top-tier from start to finish. Everything was fresh, beautifully prepared, and right on time. You can really tell they care about their customers and take pride in what they do. I’ll definitely be ordering again—highly recommend!

    I paid for express 1 hour delivery and it came two hours later. (9:30-11:40) When I called and asked the young lady about the order, I was met with attitude. I asked for a refund on the express delivery. She said she would call her manager and ask about a refund of the fee. When I called back over an hour later and asked for the manager information, she states the manager will be in in an hour and she will call me. I heard nothing. I ordered at 9:30…order arrived at 11:40. The fruit was not fresh. It was soft like it was going bad. For $84 I expected better!!! . The strawberries looked rushed, the cuts were raggedy. Overall experience very bad!!!!! Customer service very bad!! The recipient was thankful but said it looked old. Workaversary surprise ruined!!!!

    Delivery was placed in the AM. I called at 3PM to get an estimate of when the delivery would arrive, since it was paid for same day delivery ( before 7PM). The gentleman was lethargic about my order and the whereabout of his drivers. He assured me it would be delivered once he confirmed the order. However, the ordered arrived at 8PM without the birthday balloon, and just look like something thrown together. I called back to speak with a manager, and got the owner. She was rude and only gave me excuses as to why the delivery was late incomplete. Finally, offered a refund for the balloon and a complementary box. Rudely asked, “When can you pick it up!” Now, I know why they have a 3.7 rating. I wouldn’t suggest using this location if you want to receive an Edible Arrangement made with love and passion.

    I am beyond disappointed. I place an order yesterday for an 11 am pickup for a mini berry arrangement. I received an email at 11:18 am stating my order was ready. I arrived after 1 to pickup my order only to find out, after 30 mins of waiting, that my order may have possibly been given away. Several employees came out the back as if looking for my order. 2 other employees just stood to side just watching. After about approx 45 mins of waiting, l was told they could make my order but would have to wait another 15-20 mins because they did not have any white chocolate. I travelled from AR to get my order I did not have another 30 + mins to wait to get my order. I requested a refund. This was very disheartening. No empathy was shown. I understand this may have been a busy weekend for the company but don't promise something you can not honor.
