  I came because I kept seeing this store on tik tok and they didn’t disappoint. They have something for everyone in the family and the prices + quality are 10/10!

  We were doing some early Christmas shopping and found most of what we needed at Primark. Prices seemed low but it seemed a lot of off brand stuff. It seemed well made though

  I bought several items from this store at 12:10 p.m. and came back the same day at 1:15 p.m. to return 10 of them because they didn’t fit. The cashier didn’t scan the items, she typed in the numbers manually and ended up missing two. When I told her I was still short on my return count, she brought the items back and asked me to check them. I counted all 10, but the return receipt only showed 8. She added one more, yet the new receipt still showed only 9, so one item was still missing. She then called the manager and explained the situation in a way that made it sound like I couldn’t read or didn’t know what I was talking about. I clearly pointed out which item was missing and even showed that it was highlighted on the original receipt, but they didn’t seem to care and tried to make it seem like I had already done a return earlier. Really? I came back just an hour after purchasing !!!!!!! They kept trying to make it look like I was the one in the wrong, not the cashier. Eventually, they called a higher manager who finally fixed the cashier’s mistake and tried to explain that “the system was glitching and the return item just took time to show up.” Like—did they really think I’d believe that? It was clearly the cashier’s mistake the entire time, not the system. I ended up standing there for 45 minutes just to complete a simple return, all because of their error. A total waste of time. I won’t be coming back and definitely don't recommend.😑

  I love the store prices and selection for kids but shopping today was a disaster. I had my basket near me (so I thought) while shopping for pajamas. One of the employees got my basket and started putting my items back. She said the manager told her to do it I guess mistaking it for abandoned items. I feel like they should have at least asked if it was anyone’s basket bc after searching for it for a few minutes I was too irritated to continue shopping. At checkout, the young lady stuffed all of my items in 2 small paper bags. I had more stores to shop at in the mall and while walking through the mall the bag ripped. I really wish I could order items online to avoid the chaos.
