  Really poor customer service. Line of customers waiting to check out and 2 employees nearby catching up on their weekend plans while one employee handled everything.

  So I don't ever shop at American Eagle but I had heard recently that they had some plus size options for jeans and I decided to check it out. I was met at the front of the store by a Ms. Tori. She was so nice and friendly and incredibly helpful and informative. She was able to help me find what I needed really quick and it was honestly the most easy going experience I've ever had shopping for jeans. She was very knowledgeable on the merchandise so it made finding what I was looking for so much simpler. Five stars for Tori, I highly recommend this store and specifically Tori because she really was just the most genuinely nice person. Thanks Tori!

  I would have only given this place half a star but it would not allow me to go so. I had ordered a tshirt for my son as a birthday present pick up . I got a conformation saying they had it in stock and would be available for pick up in two hours. Well I never received an email saying it was ready. I called the next day and this very rude obnoxious girl said they never received the order! I told her money was taken out of my account and she said you have been in here before and you had the same problem. She was arguing with me when I had proof and I told her. She started laughing at me and I asked her name and told her she will be reported . So I will never be back to that location period! Stay away from this place unless you want to the employees and management at this location to be rude and unprofessional!!!

  I love coming to this store but sometime there is not an employee in sight! Some of the employees are not very friendly.
