At the prices they’re charging I’d expect much better. The rewards emailed to us rarely work. And most of the time our online orders have something cancelled because they run out of inventory or don’t have the ordered prepared by the pick up time they gave us. We love your clothes but the customer service is abysmal. The good experiences with your employees simply don’t outweigh the bad ones.
