The vision of our 501(c3) nonprofit organization is that ALL people have the opportunity to reach their fullest potential through the power of work.Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee is based in Nashville, Tenn. The agency serves 48 counties throughout Middle and West Tennessee, operating 30 retail stores and two outlet stores, about 53 Donation Express Centers and 13 Career Solutions Centers. The nonprofit is one of Tennessee’s largest employers of people with disabilities with more than 45 percent of our workforce reporting some type of disability or disadvantage. Although affiliated with Goodwill Industries International in Rockville, Md., we operate independently through our own governing board of directors. Goodwill accepts gently-used items that donors no longer want, need or use. Those items are sold either in our retail stores or online at onlinegoodwill.com. Revenue from the sale of donated goods helps fund job training services and programs provided by Goodwill Career Solutions. In addition to retail sales, Goodwill depends on several other revenue sources, including state and local grants.

They also offer employment to United States citizens in need of a job which they transition you into finding higher paying jobs. Highly recommended if you are seeking clothing, furniture, decorations, appliances (if your lucky), shoes, and probably more stuff than you can imagine at incredibly low prices. Furnish your kitchen, or bedroom, or closet. Your welcome.

I shopped around didn’t find anything. I came back today and was going to buy some items and I was under the impression that since I used my phone number every time I went there that my store credit would be there.. Ha you would think but no you have to have the little receipt that has your return amount and they have no way of finding that without it…. Im not mad that’s there policy I’m mad because at no point when I was returning my items last week did they tell me at all that I needed to keep it.. when I tryed to explain I was not told this information they said they can’t just make that $30 appear that I should of took a picture 🙄…. So I lost $30 it’s just annoying wish I was told to take a picture instead. Hope they train there employees better so they can properly explain there policies.
