  Bree and Rob are the best sales people. They are very well trained and the sweetest people. They will hook you up with the best sunglasses and won’t pressure you into anything. They know what works best for your face shape and what doesn’t. I will be returning to purchase more RayBans and Costa’s in the future. Ohh and Freddie is awesome too.

  Our initial interaction with the Sunglass Hut was great. A very professional, upbeat sales person sold me on a pair of sunglasses that I already loved but had no intentions of buying. He was awesome. They were running a special that if you buy one pair of glasses, each additional pair is $100 off. We are in town for a baseball tournament and we were in a hurry to leave to get to my son’s game. We thought we would come back the next day with a brand new pair of sunglasses and return them and then repurchase and buy two additional pair of glasses to take advantage of the promotion. The manager, Freddie, did not want to allow us to return the glasses and repurchase without knowing who sold us the glasses. He acted as though the employee told us we could do that. He never said we could, we just assumed it wouldn’t be an issue. There is nothing in the return policy that says we can’t do that. Freddie was extremely unprofessional and told us that he needed to know the employee’s name so he could re-train him and address the issue with him. He was very irritated with the employee and displayed this openly in front of our family. Remember I wasn’t going to buy the glasses at all, but was convinced by a good salesperson. Freddie was rude and was aggressively aggravated at his employee. We walked away without returning my glasses and did not purchase the other two pair of glasses. My boys really wanted the sunglasses but we will go somewhere else and pay more to not deal with Freddie. The employees are great but the manager needs some training in professionalism and customer service.

  Miles was great! He spent time with me, he knew the different kinds of sunglasses..... I really appreciated all his help.
