  Drove two hours to get post Christmas items that the website said was in stock. Virtually nothing we wanted was available. We just left, empty handed, after about 15 minutes and ordered the products off the website when we got back home. Their boat selection is pretty dismal too but that's probably due to lower demand in this particular area. Still, be nice to view a larger selection.

  Tom in the gun section was absolutely awesome!! He was super informative and knowledgeable of the ammo I needed for my gun that I have had 20 years for duck and goose hunt I'm going on this week!! I told him exactly what I owned and he knew exactly what I can use!

  Great store! From clean bathrooms, to friendly cashiers. The store has candy, bottled water, boats, hunting gear, outdoor gear, kitchen items, sunglasses, hats, socks, slippers, shoes, firearms and ammunition, fishing supplies, paintings and artwork and much more. There is taxidermy trophy animals everywhere and the space is vast. You could shop here for hours! No overnight parking aigns are posted theoughout the large parking lot, and there is a hotel next door. There are also a lot of places to eat nearby, and the facility is typically less crowded than Buc-ees down the street.

  Ann Collins at the register bit our heads off when we politely asked if she was ready for our phone number for our rewards account. We were genuinely trying to be efficient and prepared since her line was very long, but her response was unnecessarily rude, unfriendly, & bitter. If sitting at the register ringing up items makes you that angry, it might be time to retire. That said, we loved the items we purchased and had wonderful, helpful interactions with other staff throughout the store. Unfortunately, her attitude and bitterness completely ruined the last half of what should have been a positive experience. This was our first time here and we don’t feel welcome to come back.

  I am beyond frustrated with the online ordering process at this location. I placed an order 2 days ago, and it is still showing as "processing" with no notification that it is ready for pickup. I reached out to the online chat support, and they confirmed that the order should have been ready by now and advised me to call the store directly to expedite things. However, when I called the store, the staff was completely unhelpful and told me they couldn't provide any update at all on the status of the order. If I had known it would take this long and that no one would be able to give me a straight answer, I would have shopped elsewhere. It’s disappointing to get the runaround between online support and the physical store. Save yourself the headache and just go in person or order from a competitor who can actually track their inventory.
