It wasn’t available in-store, so I couldn’t even try it on. Now I’m having to return it, and I can’t even exchange it because that’s not allowed! I have to pay for shipping MYSELF just to send it back. The only thing they kept offering me was a $20 credit for a future online purchase. I am NEVER ordering from Bass Pro Shops online again and will probably never step foot in one of their stores either. I’m out $20 because it was too small, and they offered ZERO compensation for that. I’ve talked with customer service TWICE trying to fix this, and both times they told me I still have to pay to ship it back. That part of the return policy was NEVER made clear when I ordered—or I would have never placed the order in the first place. HORRIBLE return policy! I’m out a jacket AND $20+ in FedEx shipping. DO NOT ORDER FROM BASS PRO SHOPS ONLINE!!!
