  We went here to visit the Cirque Italia. It was a really cool circus ,....a little high priced for the food and souvenirs but it's how they make their money. The facepaint was nice

  Date of incident: 4‑7‑26 at West Town Mall My girlfriend and I go to this Surku all the time, but today was the worst experience we’ve ever had. I was outside on a business call when she came out crying because of how she was treated. She always orders plain white rice with teriyaki chicken. Instead, she was given rice with vegetables. When she told the male employee it wasn’t hers and pointed to the correct tray, he argued with her and insisted the wrong order was hers. When she tried to correct it, he slammed the lid down so hard that sauce splattered onto her. He refused to speak to her or make eye contact. I went inside to calmly address it. The woman at the counter told me they “don’t have” regular rice. When I handed the food back and asked for just the chicken, she threw the food into the trash in an aggravated way. I ended up receiving only half of what I paid for, and I didn’t even ask for a discount just to avoid more conflict. I don’t know their names, but the male employee is easily identifiable — he’s the same person shown in Google photos working at this location.

  Great for walking,cool stores! but,the restrooms off the food court were very dirty and no toilet tissue and many leaves and debris on the floors.

  My family and I loved the mall my daughter is a huge Katseye fan and as soon as we got into the place she seen a Katseye poster at Pandora and went running for it. The cashier in the store gave her a free poster and it just made her whole day!! We frequented Knoxville center mall, and after it fell, we always tried to visit West Town Mall, it was just hard to squeeze it in and traveling was a factor. The stars aligned and we got to go!! Everyone working there was so friendly and approachable!! I truly love this mall, just wish it was closer!!! It was so clean and welcoming!!! Staff did an amazing job, janitorial and all!! Well done!!

  I have been a frequent visitor of this mall for the few couple months and I came here to say, this is by far one of the most disgusting buildings in knoxville. The stores do well keeping their personal spaces clean, but the common areas are nothing less than nauseating. Each time I visit, I continuessly witness filth from absolutely digusting bathrooms that you have to hold your breath in while trying to find a toilet without excrement on it, to layers of dust and trash on almost every surface. It is impossible to find a clean table in the foodcourt and never a janitor in sight. I Have witnessed them "cleaning" tables every once in a blue moon but all they do is clean with the same disgusting tools over and over again. I am afraid to touch really anything in this building and can not phatom sitting on sticky chairs or next to literal garbage that seems to stay put no matter how many times I walk by. Do better west town, please clean the filth, ESPECIALLY the raunchy odor ridden bathrooms!!
