When we finished, I paid our bill, crossed through the tip line because I was leaving a cash tip. Looked at my banking app later to find out I was charged $20 dollars more than my bill. I have contacted the store twice. I have picture proof of my receipt and what I wrote. I was promised both times that the money would be put back into my account. As of this moment, that still hasn't happened. I am very disappointed, to say the least. Do better!

Speaking of the chair is uncomfortable and scary. I barely sat on the edge to nurse my baby. Please throw it away. Actually throw the whole room away and start over. SERIOUSLY. The changing table looks like it might break off the wall. There is CARPET in over 3/4 of the room which is complete filth. There is actual POOP allover the floor and wall. I am confident the room has never been cleaned beyond the whisper of a mop on the small tile bit. Because there is no toilet I had to take my baby in her stroller in the handicapped stall since teenagers like to hog the apparently disgusting family room. There was no soap. In the sinks outside the stall the soap was basically just water. No paper towels. Just very loud scary hand dryers which terrified my baby. I don’t know what they did to these bathrooms. The main ladies used to be nice with 3 x more stalls. Now it’s such a claustrophobic mess.
