I am sure it was my frame of mind. Ended up purchasing pair of jeans and pair of slacks and they offered free alterations! They were a bit long, so they let me know about the alterations. So, kind. I will be back - yes not everything for me but there are some pieces that I can definitely work into my wardrobe.

Today I went to get the price adjustment...the dress was still on the sale website but had gone back to regular price...called customer service...they said they couldn't help me...madewell has lost a customer! Obviously, the company made an error!

The merchandise is beautiful and the employees were so friendly and helpful. I am clueless on fashion and what works or doesn’t work. The staff helped cloth me and style me in versatile outfits. I was really impressed with their attentiveness and patience to make me look good. I can’t wait for my next visit!
