Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.

- MLMahalo Leadership5 days ago1.0Sales Associate Emma was helpful enough I suppose, but their clothing is WAY overpriced and underperformed when compared to other brands that are much more affordable. This was my first time purchasing Lululemon and I found the clothing terribly uncomfortable. I look forward to getting my money back and spending it elsewhere.

I expected to go in and try some things on to decide if it was worth the money and to figure out my size in case I wanted to shop online. Instead, I ended up purchasing bottoms and a sports bra combo that I love, thanks to Courtney. She was the outside perspective I needed, offering helpful and friendly input and making sure I would go with the the size that fit right and syle/fabric which served my purpose. Every time she brought a new short to the fitting room, it was a different color; I ended up with something I would have never picked for myself, but that was really exactly what I wanted. It was like having an oddly motivated and knowledgeable girlfriend outside the fitting room door. I'm thankful I went in and was reminded how far excellent service and brick-and-mortar charm can go in making a purchase (and an experience) worthwhile.
