After browsing several other jewelers, and having a poor experience, Zac walked into Kimball’s on a tight deadline with a specific ring in mind — an emerald cut diamond with a thin, rose gold band. Michaela (Saint Michaela, I call her) found the perfect diamond and the perfect band but they were not together. Being the miracle worker she is, she overnighted a piece to bring the band and diamond together in time for the perfect Halloween engagement. Not only did she bend time then, when I brought the ring back to be resized she said she would have it done on Saturday (three days instead of two weeks). It was done on Friday and I’ve been wearing it ever since. We are so thankful to Michaela and Kimball’s Jewelers for their part in our story. We recommend with the highest confidence. Thank you!
