- JPJames PaulDec 20, 20251.0We were at JC Penny's doing some last minutes Christmas Shopping and went went up to the bedding and was looking at trying the mattresses to see which one was suitable for us ,I also was looking at the comforter sets and my two grown daughters pulled a comforter back and was setting on the bed there as we did the others and they were told very rudely to not set on the beds, first of all put a sign up if you don't want people sitting on the beds, and 2nd I wouldn't purchase a mattress i couldn't set on first. Needless to say I will not be purchasing a mattresse from these people!!

We were told by staff that it would make more sense to do two separate sessions. We then were forced to pay for two separate albums instead of one combined like we planned for. And don’t get me started on the crappy and rude lady who checked us out. She was short and literally walked away and complained about having to check us out on the MIDDLE OF CHECKING US OUT. Will never be returning. OH and god forbid I want 1 photo with my bestie - they charged for an extra person!!! So disappointed
