Wet nice place for watches and jewelry. I sold an older watch to the owner, Sam. I received what I feel was a very fair price. Nice people to do business with. Felt honest.

We came into some silver and gold coins recently after my mother in law died It has been a very hard thing to deal with. Felt comfortable dealing with Sam and his staff. I have done some research but really don’t know what I’m doing when it comes to this stuff. Sam was open about his margins and treated me with kindness and patience. You can tell he really enjoys what he does. Definitely where we’ll end up selling the rest of the collection. Thanks again y’all. Appreciate your help.

Wonderful experience, the people here are very polite and professional, and very honest with you. They have always given me fair prices on what I am selling. Highly recommend.

My intentions were to browse this store because I had seen good reviews with mostly positive experiences. I have several pieces of antique estate jewelry that I’d like to redo and was shopping for a credible jeweler, as well. Unfortunately, what I encountered at Estate House was far from enjoyable or professional. It was horrible! I entered the store and decided I would look at jewelry first and then check out some rugs afterwards. I have a specific Christmas list and I prefer to get unique gifts. I was enthusiastic about shopping at this store, but that feeling soon left me. Two people were working on the jewelry side, a man with gray hair and a woman with brown hair and a chubby short stature. The man offered to help me and I asked to see a watch that was just what I was looking to buy. He obliged, took the watch out of the case for me to see, but the lighting was very bad. I asked a couple of questions about the watch but he didn’t know anything about it. He stated that the watch didn’t come with any box or papers. The store’s darkness made it very difficult to see the face clearly or the credentials on the back of the watch (I wanted to see the style/model number and make sure the watch was legit). I asked him if I could see it under a better light? He said, “Of course” and turned on a lamp behind us at another display case with a chair. I asked him if I could sit in the chair and take a look? He replied, “Yes”. I sat down and jokingly asked him if I had taken his chair? He said, “No, it’s fine”. In about 15 seconds, the heavy-set squatty woman employee came running up to me and very rudely stated, in a condescendingly loud voice nonetheless, that I cannot be in that chair and that I need to move immediately. I replied, “I needed better light to see the watch and I asked him if I could sit in the chair”. She flipped out and hatefully replied, “You are not allowed in that chair!!” and then walked away in a huff. The man said nothing. He dropped his head and would not make any eye contact with me, even though he knew that he told me I could sit in the chair. What a freak show! I stood up and told the man that she was very harsh and ugly in how she spoke to potential customers and because of her and her hateful attitude that I now had no interest in buying anything at this store. Again, he said nothing. His head stayed down and he turned away. I walked out and will never go back. It’s a shame that people like her work in a customer service environment. I hope she works on commission. Keeping that in mind moves me to quote Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman, “Big mistake. Big. HUGE. I have to go shopping now”. I won’t ever be back in Estate House and all because of her ugliness. It was a horrific first impression of this store. I’m not sure who owns this place but they need to take a good look at what is going on here and who they have representing their goods or they’ll be out of business in no time. Lots of competition in this world. It’s very difficult to acquire and maintain customers. This place isn’t special at all. Save your money and go elsewhere where you are treated with kindness and respect. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Very friendly and inviting. Was easy at creating a rapport which relieved any anxiety. Sold some antique jewelry and was given a great offer (more than expected). 10 out of 10 customer service and interaction. Would recommend to anyone who has jewelry, gold, or coins to sell and/or appraise.
