  I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Edible Arrangements, and I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this company. The order was originally scheduled to be delivered to my son’s school on Friday, February 13th as a Valentine’s surprise. Instead, I later learned they “could not make the delivery” because the school was 30 miles away and they had over 300 deliveries that day. While I understand holidays are busy, that is not the customer’s responsibility. If your website is going to accept online orders, it should factor in delivery distance and current backlog before allowing a purchase to go through. Accepting orders you cannot realistically fulfill reflects poor planning and disorganization. After I called, I was assured the arrangement would be delivered the next day, February 14th, to a different address since the school is closed on weekends. That sounded reasonable — but once again, the delivery never happened. As a result, my son did not receive his Valentine’s gift at all. To make matters worse, the website shows the order as “fulfilled,” which is completely inaccurate. We have confirmation from the school principal, from my son, and from his mother that nothing was delivered. Video footage from both delivery locations also confirms there was no delivery attempt. This entire experience demonstrates a serious lack of organization, accountability, and communication. Broken promises and inaccurate order updates are unacceptable — especially when it involves a child’s holiday. Do not do business with this company. Your loved one’s holiday could be ruined just like ours was.

  Ordered from them was suppose to be here yesterday. I received a email saying it was delivered at 9:00pm lastnight and it was never delivered, I received nothing. I’ve now tried calling 7 different times and emailed them 3 times also and still haven’t gotten a response or an answer. 95$ dollars for some chocolate covered strawberry’s y’all would think you would make sure people get what they ordered. Whoever runs the place if you see this i want a refund since there is no other way to get ahold of y’all. Thanks

  Steve did an awesome job with the delivery. Communicated well and delivered the package with care. The fruit was fresh, delicious and designed beautifully. Thank you guys for providing a smile and comfort to my family during a time of grief. Fantastic job!

  I placed an order for my daughter's birthday and it was delivered to the wrong address, they offered to send first thing next day still nothing. Spoiled birthday.they have told me no refunds allowed. I spent over $100.00 and no arrangement. Needless to say I will never order again from them.
