  If we could give ZERO stars we would. My grandmother was in the store last night. She found a shoe she liked but there wasn’t any im her size so she asked the associate if they could order what she wanted. The associate was very rude and short with her but offered what she wanted. My grandmother continued looking after this and ended up finding the shoe elsewhere in the store and she asked if it was the same and the associate told her yes and it was the size my grandma wanted but when she tried it on it was too big so she asked if she could cancel that order and the associate told her no she only had 5 mins after ordering my grandma said it hadn’t even been 3 minutes since she ordered when she went back up to the register. The associate called the next customer over in front of my grandma and ignored her. When the customer was finished checking out my grandma asked again to cancel and the associate told her no your 5 minutes are up. My grandma asked for the manager and she told her she was the manager. My grandma shops in that store very frequently probably 15-25 times a month and drives almost two hours to get there so she knows this associates was not the manager. My grandma asked for customer service number and the associate told her they were closed since it was 8pm(which was a lie because they closed at 10 when my grandma looked it up after she got home and it was after 10) as she was leaving the store the manager came up and locked the doors since it was closing time. she was lied to several times by this employee and treated very badly. She has tried to see help from customer service with no resolution. As my grandmother was leaving the store the employee called out to her “it’s nothing personal” assuming as to why she didn’t cancel the order in the first 5 minutes and took a customer in front of her. My grandma had an issue with shoes before and had to return them and was treated very badly then again by the same associate and my grandma is assuming that is why she yelled that out as she was leaving. That is very unacceptable to tell a customer that and yell at them and treat them so poorly. My grandma has spend thousands at this store and is treated like crap last night. She is elderly and that does not give anyone the right to treat her that way.

  Miss Josie was super helpful in showing me how to work the discount calculator on the app and I have always loved their show selection! She’s very happy and very bright…so keep her…bc she’s also extremely knowledgeable!
