  This store has a great variety of clothing and other items at great prices.. and love the fact that they have lay away pair as well

  Today I've never felt more unwelcomed as EVER. I shop there constantly. At least 2 a week with my 4 year old daughter and usually we love it. Well today i was in there my hands was full (lack of buggy's) I had my purse phone keys plus 5 items. I literally dropped my purse and the lady in her late 40s mid 50s with her hair up and wears glasses came up to me acting as if I did something wrong. I asked her nicely if she would hold something, I was literally told thats ur job. I wanted to walk out so bad cause I was furious but I didn't want them thinking I did anything wrong. I go up to the cashier to pay. I see some earrings I liked but wasnt sure bc I REALLY didn't want to ask her for help so I picked some that was lower that I could reach myself. When I left with all items I bought I decided I really didn't like the one pair of earrings I had got cus I didn't want to be a inconvenience to her so I went back in w receipt and asked for the pair that was higher up. She told me get it MYSELF. I told her ma'am I can't reach it she got a step stool and I said I can get and she literally said umm no u can't. Point is this visit was AWFUL. I was TREATED AWFUL. U DO NOT TREAT PPL ESPECIALLY A REGULAR IF U WANT THEIR BUSINESS. ESPECIALLY SINCE I ALWAYS SPEND 30.00 or more every time I walk in. ALSO she literally followed me as if I was stealing which was very hurtful and embarrassing. Today she did not recognize me I believe since I wasn't dressed up or cus I didn't have my daughter. But this customer service I received was mind blowing. I can't make this up y'all. I will NEVER be back when she is there. The other stores are 30 mins away. So y'all lost a true costumer due to her lack of judgment and attitude. I will make sure non of my family members go there ever again. HELLO ROSS AND TJ MAXX. I will reach the owners and I will make my point. Nobody should never be treated the way I was. ACTUALLY I jus checked my receipt.
