  Terrible experience. Or should I say uncomfortable shopping experience. I walked in to purchase jeans for my husband. I found a pair and was looking for a second when I encountered staff literally having a fight on the sales floor. They had ear pieces and walkies on. It was 2 young girls talking about how so and so didn’t say anything on the headpiece…… I put my soon purchases away and walked out. This was happening in the front of the store. So if you missed sales for the day they were why. VERY uncomfortable!!

  Beware of shopping here- I bought a pair of jeans last week thinking they would fit fine I got them home and tried them on they were too big so I tried to exchange for a smaller size. I was not allowed to exchange due to me taking the tags off even though I had the tags and receipts.....horrible new return policy I will not be shopping here anymore due to the fact of the return policy.so now I am just out the money and can't wear the jeans!

  I bought a dress from them, not too long ago as a gift.The size on the hanger had been swapped with another and I ended up buying an extra small. The tags had been removed because they were in the way when trying to put on. I’ve reached out to see if there’s any way to get a refund and one of the people in store had told me I have to have the original tag. I came in with the tag, but now all of a sudden, I can’t get a refund at all. There goes $70 down the drain.

  I’ve always liked American Eagle, and this visit reminded me why. The store has a great selection of styles that feel trendy yet comfortable, and everything was well organized and easy to browse. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made sure I found what I needed without being pushy. The fitting rooms were clean, and the overall vibe was relaxed and welcoming. My only minor complaint is that a few items were priced higher than expected, and the clearance section was a mess. Still, the quality of the clothes and the customer service make it worth coming back. I left with a few new favorites and a great shopping experience overall!

  AE Clothing is fine however not sure if it was the loud mouth manager but all she did was gossip about her staff to another girl the whole time. It was in such poor taste and immature. Like how can you possible be a lead and direct staff while making snide remarks and just being obnoxious. Won’t be back here. After looking at all the other reviews this place needs to clean house it looks like and start over with a fresh new staff!
