    Izzy made this purchase easier for me. She helped me when I couldn’t decide on color or frame shape. She listened to me and gave me all the time I needed to make my decision.

    Don’t waste your time. I stood at this booth for several minutes hoping the employee would get off her phone and let me see a pair of glasses I wanted to purchase. Ironically she was talking to somebody about shift coverage later in the week. She never gave me the time of day, so I eventually gave up and went to purchase glasses elsewhere in the mall. I walked back by the booth on my way out an hour later and she was on her phone again, staring at a display case instead of the (lost) customers passing her by.

    I had the pleasure of being helped by Taylor. Absolutely awesome customer service. She went through each product and dazzled with her knowledge. She also helped me pick out a pair for my wife as a gift. She took genuine interest in helping me find the right pair. She asked the right questions to get an idea of a style for my wife and she truly seemed excited to be there helping me. She was the only one working while I visited but if the other employees are even half as wonderful as she is- Sunglass Hut hit the nail on the head with their interview process. I truly hope Sunglass Hut loves to promote from within because Taylor is a can’t miss candidate for a much larger role within the organization.
