  Well I was supposed to have an arrangement delivered today, told in the morning "arrives before 5". 5 comes around, no delivery. So we called to check, they told us "it'll be delivered soon". I was at work, so by 5:45, we are about to close. I call and speak to someone in the store, who now tells me "this is so weird but the order wasn't sent to us", which is fine and I would understand had that been the same story they told us not even an hour before. How does it go from "will deliver soon" to "never received the order"? He offered to have it delivered to me tomorrow or I could pick it up, but I live an hour away and I don't trust that they'll even have anything. Just unfortunate as this was ordered for me for my birthday, and the order was placed a few weeks ago.

  Got chocolate covered strawberries. While the fruit was good itself .. only chocolate on half? Whole box was like this … for the price I was really disappointed. Think I’ll stick local next time.

  I have never in my life got such a sorry arrangement of flowers from an edible arrangement store. I paid $150 for a few chocolate dipped strawberries and flowers and a vase that look like they could’ve been picked up at a gas station. The flowers look half dead, several stems were covered in mold and mildew, many were broken and somewhere wilting. I went out to get an Emergency bouquet that is 100 times more beautiful than what I got here and it was $40. The strawberries seemed to be Ok. I guess we will see.

  I have used Edible Arrangements many times, and each arrangement was both beautiful and delicious! I recently had an opportunity to speak to the owner, and I am so impressed with his management. Thank you, Edible Arrangements, for blessing your community!

  We placed a an almost $150 order on 12/24 for delivery on 12/29; then, at approximately 4pm on the day it was scheduled to be delivered, we received a text telling us we needed to pay an additional $18.06 PLUS TAX for a “delivery surcharge” on top of a $6.99 delivery charge we had already paid. An absolutely horrific way to do business. Spend your money elsewhere.
