An absolutely horrific way to do business. Spend your money elsewhere.

They charged me a $26.00 fee for being “too far out” come to find out they don’t even deliver to where I needed it delivered. Maybe you guys should note that so people don’t place orders and have to wait on a refund. They cancelled my order because it was “too far away” and didn’t even let me know. I had to call and ask why it was cancelled. This bullshit is way too expensive with fees, taxes, tips, etc to have all these certain requirements set in place. If you can’t do it, set your website up so people won’t waste 4 hours waiting on something they paid OVER $100 FOR to be made and shipped out just to be cancelled and not told. I will never use this company again. Awful customer service.
