The manager I spoke with said that they could take $10 off another pair of jeans and send those for donation. I will never shop here again. Terrible customer service.

At first, I thought they want my email address but no. I should tell my actual address in front of random people around me. Is this legally to ask private things in front of many unknown people? It is sounds not right, and can violate my privacy.
