I been waiting on my jewelry to come back from warranty for more than 3 weeks😑 and I haven't had any type of notice from the store! I live almost an hour away and this is the only JC penney on this side of the state!

At my local stores, associates have been able to locate my information easily if I don’t have my card using my driver’s license, the sales associates here could not. They didn’t ask any follow-up questions or try to locate me in the system any other way besides SSN (which is weird & unsafe) & the associate seriously tried to get me to open another account as a solution. The whole interaction was really stupid & frustrating. They also had a buy one get one half off sale on jeans, but when I asked if they had another pair of jeans in my size, they said what they had out was what they had. Incredibly bad & kinda dumb customer service all around, no wonder this place was empty both times I went in. Order online & avoid the stupidity.
